Does anyone ever work on adding camera to KHR-1 with original RGB-1 board?
I have purchased CMUcam2 Robotics Camera and I find difficulties in combining the two boards.(RGB-1 and the Camera board).
Any suggestion?

cheers

the inputs to the RCB-1 board are usually PWM but I think that using the using the H2H you can set channels to react to thresholds and trigger motions in reaction to these thresholds being met . dont remember the details but one direction would be to get the cmucam to output a threshold bound signal to which the rcb-1 would react.

One thing that keeps bearing is that all RCB-1 channels act as output ports. You mention that we can set channels to react, this means all channels are capable to be used as input ports?

Thanks a lot for the respond.

Hi, i searched this forum and read briefly some info regarding the RSC-1 module which is an analog input module that can plug into the RCB-1 and trigger motions when thresholds are reached.
It appears that the -H- and -L- channel setting (normal channel setting is PWM) are somehow related to the RSC-1 and its triggering of motions.
please report your finding..

I would need more time since I have to purchase the RSC-1 board from Japan.
Thanks a lot Limor for your information. Once I have the board, I will report my findings.

(btw: The RSC is available through robosavvy store.)
but i am wondering if the cmucam would be able to mimic the signal produced by the RSC.

Thanks Limor for the info.
I will upload my findings to this forum, once I received the RSC-1 board.
