Having trouble

Hello,

I just purchased a Kondo Robot from Sozbots. It seems that they only sell the robots. I have tried every e-mail they have and all my e-mails have been returned. I know nothing about electronics so please reply in laymans terms for me. I just found this site and I hope I can get some help here. First, my Robots arms shake really bad when a quick movement is made. Second, I was learning to program it. Out of the blue it began to say "communication error". I was in the tool section to adjust one of the servos trim. I accidentally pushed the write button and it seemed to lose the connection. I went back to the instructions and tried to put it back to the settings that I originally set. The error does not go
away. I tried two different computers to rule that option out.

Please check that your battery is full. The communication error shows sometimes when the battery is low. Of course check also that the serial cable is still connected to the RCB1 board in the KHR as it is very easy to loose.

There was another thread in this forum discussing the 'shaking' issue. You may want to use the option 'Search' to find it.

Sozbots did get back to me today. I believe that they are going to take care of the Servo issue. The board problem was caused by me when I pushed the write button. It seems that if you push the write button when you have everything plugged in it will rename both boards. You must disconnect the wire with the two grey ends and rename each board individually.

I would still like to hear from anyone that has had problems with servos shaking. Thanks

As someone mentioned, if you look for the word vibrations or vibrates using the forum's search function, you will find a couple of threads about the subject like this one for example

Sorry, I didn't read the whole reply. I found two threads. I ordered the servo cable so that I can change my settings. I'll let you know how things turn out.
