KHR2 - ICS setup problem

I just installed the ICS driver,
connect the ICSUSBadapter to the robot with
the long SerialUSBadapter cable.
open the HTHJ, click OPTION or ICS, nothing shows up.
do i need to connect the serialUSBadapter too?
