and we have managed to connect a sharp distance sensor to the board.

but: the level2 / level3 programming that comes with the board is very hard to understand...I would prefer a c api, or something similar, but I had not had the time yet to investigate in that direction...

Great to hear that.
So how do you manage to understand the manual (japanese) and would you mind to upload some pictures of it?
After seeing th manual, I think the program is really similar to assembly language. I am quite familiar with such language.

hm, t'was kind of brain draining hard work translating it with an online translator. I can upload a pdf on my server. although it's sometimes very hard to understand due to the translator limitations.

and yes, it's kind of assembler style. but with tricky limitations, it seemed to me...
