Poseidon Formula body for 1HV ?

Want to know if this body will fit on the KHR-1HV with some mods or did they come out with some body kits that fit without hacking ?

Or do you know of any other body kits that will fit?

I know the Genex will fit fine with a little work

yes, quite good looking,

however, the bad point is that the wires cannot be totally hidden in the back.

I talked to them at IREX in Tokyo last month. At that time they expected to start shipping during December, but the latest schedule is some in January. The Japan pricing is around 16,000 yen (under USD$150).

At that point they didn't have any plan to sell overseas, so availability will no doubt depend on established Kondo distributors like RoboSavvy.

Keep in mind that this is a typical Japanese hobby design, so everything comes unfinished. You have to do all the prep-work, masking, painting, mounting, etc. If you're experienced, say with RC planes or cars, it's okay. But if you haven't done that type of hobby painting and finishing it could be quite a challenge.

It appears from their blog that the kit, and a new robot stand, are shipping now. You can see photos of the packaged kit and stand, and get a feel for the amount of work it would entail to assemble and finish, here.
