Thanks to Limor for getting it to me fast!

I just got it built, but unfortunately I am in the middle of moving to a new house. My soon to be 7 year old son and I built it from the Japanese instructions only and to our surprise it all works :P

We didn't install the RAS-2 or KRG-3's yet.

Only got to spend a few minutes trying to get a good home postion and load up some of the included routines. Of course he fell over numerous times

So I won't get to play with it until I paint all 11 rooms, change out the living room carpet then move in :(

I just got mine yesterday and I am haveing allot of problems. I cant get the home position set and I am havening a problem getting the full range of motion out of the 2 shoulder servos. Also when I move the slider on the gui sometimes a couple of the other servos will move randomly. Also the trim is not working. I tried use the trim and nothing happens. Also I tried loading some of the motions and they would not play either. I see you got yours working OK anything I might have missed or done wrong you might know of off the top of your head?

I found XP and the software to not be a marriage made in heaven, sometimes the fricken cursor jumps off the servo trim tab or when I click it for one step it goes zipping along and the poor guy kicks himself or otherwise just does some spastic move.

A few times the trim did not work for me as well.

Also it does some weird "dance" between buttons. I restarted the computer a few times and finally it seems to have settled down enough for me to get a rough home postion so he can stand. But he does a face plant when doing some of the moves so more work is needed

My shoulders are working fine, can you physically rotate them all around or is it just the software not giving you the range? If you can't move them around fully yourself then you must have not installed the black piece properly.

Cool that solves 2 of my problems. I will try rebooting. I can physicaly move them all the way. Its the sofware that is acting like there is a stop when there is no stop.
