KHR-2HV controller help!

Hi guys, i'm having trouble of using my controller to control the robot. When i hold down the buttons, and i click on recep. Yes is shows the button's number... But when i try pressing the button, nothing happen. Hope someone can help me on this...

yup already check that box. I am able to define the button number.. when i press the button, the number appear there when i press recep.. but still dun work.

Do you have both boxes checked?
Also make sure you have the krc-1 pluged into the low speed conection not the high speed one.
If that dont work, go to page 31 of this manual.
