The info in the SP1 pdf document is actually pretty enlightening.
My second gyro arrived (from robosavvy) last week and i've now moved both. One is mounted to the front chest plate, on his centre line directly in front of the hip servos. The other is mounted on the bottom plate between the hip servos.
This seems to give much better response to movement.
The Accelerometer is stuck to the inside top of the back cover.
These details are all in the SP1 pdf.
There's also a matrix showing the servos to activate and value spreads to try.
