After reading that another member here was able to get a unit via email/paypal I tried the same

I have emailed hotproceed@jcom.home.ne.jp but never got a reply

Anyone help would be much appreciated :)

Yes, we can accept paypal and ship Tec-1 to Canada. A Tec-1 is US$80, and shipping&handling cost US$12 (by the international express mail). If you have any further question, please let us know.
