At what baud rate do the rcb-1 and the pc com port communicate?
Does it even matter how to set the pc's com port?
Or is it just sending out raw signals and the speed doesn't matter?
Please enlighten me.

AFAIK there are two speeds the RCB-1 knows. High - 100kbps used for PC-RCB-1 communication and low - 2kbps used for wireless communications.
