Hi Robo1,
Congratuation for you KHR2!
usually when the servo is under torque, there will be some gitting sound.
you should adjust your robot initialization position so as to minimize the torque when KHR2 is in standing up position.
when the servo is under heavy load (torque), for example, using the hand to lift a heavy weight more than a minute, the servo may burn due to overheat!!
To ready japanese in adobe reader, just download the serice pack from adobe.
To read the japanese in your Heart2Heart, you should, in your Window XP\Control panel\language and region setting\advanced setting, select and add the japanese language.
Or you can go to Microsoft web site to download the free "Applocale" software

(A software to view different language by simply a shot-cut icon!)
