On the topic of metal horns, I bought a set of ten from RoboSpot and came home to replace some high stress areas at some point. When I took apart a joint and proceeded with the metal horn I realized and oversight on my part.
The plastic horns use self tapping screws. The metal horns use the other type (not sure what they are called). I think its the 2.4M but not sure off the top of my head. So moral of the story, unless you have sufficient spares of those "other" screws make sure to order them at the same time you order the metal horns.
