Where is my khr I order from robosavvy. Not happy at all.

Before new year I ask how long it will get delivered. Approx 5 days I am told. So I place my order then few days later I get email saying due to new year it be ship few more days later. Fine. Five more days later I get an autoemail saying it be ship so I send an email to enquire. Then I am told due to snow it not ship yet!!! Holly cow why do I have to enquire and not told automatically. Then robosavvy suggest to ship some stuff from japan first which I agree. I ask when it be ship and when it arrive. I still got no reply. That's another three days ago. So After 13 days I still don't know if my robot is shipped yet or will I ever get it ? This is far longer than 5 days promised. [/list]

I am paying a lot of money to buy this robot. I do expect better service level.

Buying apple products online is a great experience. Unless I really need to I won't buy robot online again.

I know how you feel, though I have always been OK with Robosavvy, nothing upsets me more than bad or no communication. Did you check any Spam filters, I did lose one from Robosavvy there.

I am not part of Robosavvy, just a moderator on the forum, but please continue to vent your frustration here. I hope to see Limor and/or Pedro at BETT this week and will try to help you get your hands on the KHR as fast as possible and better comms.

Whatever; please, do not give up on robotics, the KHR, or this forum, we would both regret that.

Thanks for the comfort. I try emailing. I cannot find robosavvy in my spam box. I post this thread for many days and i cannot believe robosavvy do not notice this issue while Limor is fixing his rss feed error. I feel like I am just being ignore.

I sent an email to ccnow (cc robosavvy) about the refund. Still no replies from robosavvy. I want to go out and shop for a new robot today but ccnow says I have to wait for three days before I can confirm my refund. I am really upset because I am having a holiday this week and I had planned to build the robot this week. I will not going to have time to build it anymore now....

from 30 Dec to 13 Jan is 14 days for a product still sitting somewhere and not shipped. This bad experience has made me lost half my interest in this supposingly new hobby. Don't you guys keep a track of your client's order to see that products get deliver and client is happy, etc ?

I purchase is over 1000GBP btw .... if this kind of things happen at ebay I would have reported fraud to ebay already.

I just sent another email to robosavvy asking if I will get my refund so I can go out to buy one today instead of three days later because my holiday will end soon.

Still no reply. This is so ridiculous. I strongly do not recommend buying from here.

As we have advised you, the high Christmas traffic has delayed the incoming stock for KHRs in customs which, added the adverse weather conditions means we have not received stock for those yet.
We have advised you of that.

To expedite shipping, we offered you the option of asking the manufacturer in Japan to ship directly to you since you are in Japan, because we did not your order to be further delayed.
You were also advised of this. However, the manufacturer is also delaying shipping for the time being folloing the high volume of Christmas sales.


In addition, as you may see on our website we are exhibiting this week at BETT 2010 and therefore email response may suffer some delay since most of the team is at BETT for the whole day.
However with your order this was NOT the case and it received the care and consideration we take with every customer and the reasons for the delay were explained to you.

As I mentioned, we will proceed with the refund and will advise the manufacturer in Japan to cancel your shipment.
