Kondo has posted a 3-part guide on how to control the ICS servos, including the electrical requirements, basic protocol, and some source code examples!
I have also posted an update for my C library (libkondo4) which includes both ICS 3.0 direct support and RCB-4 ICS 3.0 pass-through support. I still have some more RCB-4 functionality to implement, which should be easier now that the RCB-4 documentation has been released by Kondo.
