Yes there is some current flowing to the servos and in the control board even when all switches are off. Actually your battery is leaking all the time no matter your switches are on or off. If you keep your battery plugged for 48 hours you will likely waste it completely even with switches off.
The only way to avoid this battery leaking is by means of unplugging the battery.
To be honest I cannot see the point in having the switches off and current flowing, but it happens. Design flaw ?
