I think i have some problem with the RS232 serial cable for KHR-1. My fren lost it b4 passing it to me.......Is there any schematic available so that i can build another one?

er....thanks for the link, but still not much info on that.
The only info i for the Serial RS232 cable is that its just normal connection with the Tx and Rx pin from the serial port to the board with resistor(unknown resistance) in serial with one of the signal pin.
Can i hv a more clearer picture on it?I mean the actual connection which can be plugged into the PCb-1 board pins.
Which pin of the board goes to which pin of the serial port.....

kondo kagaku ics - pc interface2 serial cable
pin 2 white
pin 3 red
pin 5 black
resister is red red red gold and seems smaller than a 1/4 watt
resister goes from pin 2 to pin 4
there is also a jumper from pin 7 to pin 8
