Yesterday we've posted about the Laser Cutter mod for Makerbot.
Today we bring you details on Modding your Makerbot for PCB milling.
There's actually a large community about PCB milling on these 3D printers and there are event open source tools to turn EAGLE files into gCode (the code that commands a makerbot).

The work of this user (roboteer nat) evolved into a dedicated page on the Makerbot Wiki (kind of hidden) with details on the mod:

Once again it is important to mention that these Videos are for the previous evrsion of the Makerbot (Cupcake CNC). The new Thing o Matic is expected to have much higher precision and build quality with the redesigned motion systems on the XYZ axis.
