In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

its an OEM from Mark Tilden / WowWee. I've seen these earlier this year in Nuremberg Toy Fair.

It has catch-and-play functionality which Tilden claimed was done purely by EMF. The initial dance it does when you switch it on, is for the sole purpose of calibration of the motors, gears, sensors, clutches. Uses a custom microcontroler. The magic of his robots is robots are in their extreme low cost and high fault tolerance. You can throw these things from the 3rd floor and they wont break.
