congrats for seeing the announcement first. It was not on last night when i checked.

This board a big step for walking robotic control.

The Overo board + the Summit daughter-board = 210$
which seems to provide the same interfaces to the OMAP processor as the beagleboard.com (150$)

I would love to have one of these omap boards set up as a bittorrent enabled media center with wifi. :roll:

Beagleboard is based on OMAP 3530 that includes support for 3D (opengl) and DSP floating point vector processing.

Overo is based on the low end OMAP 3503.. no 3D, no DSP
