Paypal just announced they will be offering 500 shopping baskets a week, starting Oct 12th. Here is the announcement:
"From 12 October in the run-up to Christmas, using PayPal is going to be even more rewarding for your customers. Every week for 10 weeks, we’ll be paying for 500 shopping baskets – so each time one of your customers uses PayPal to shop online, they’ll be entered into a weekly draw to win back their money!"
Potentially good news for all Christmas shoppers

Can you start a paypal account with a prepaid visa card? I don't have a bank account or a credit card and i was wondering if i could start a paypal account with a prepaid visa from stores like walmart. You know the gift card things. Thanks for the help. First one to tell me gets the best answer.
