Well I finally got the chance to sequence a routine on the bar.
In this routine I wanted takeshi to mount and dismount the bar on his own. I think I have acheived this.
What I am most proud of, is that the cheap and fast gripper I built works really well (as you can see). The thing was cobbled together in an afternoon but has given me an extra DOF that I wish I had have had at the begining.
