The manual (pg 42) has a picture showing the port locations. It's not great but it works. The headers are all wired with GND on the outboard side, PWR center and SIG on the most inboard pin.

Note that the top row of headers, the center pin is +5v, but the side headers have about +6v (unregulated battery voltage).

Also, I found this other diagram. It's got lots of data if you can figure it all out... :-)
