The second graph looked better a more linear result for force verses resistance. What equation did you use.
Reciprocal ie 1/x or conductance (keeping it simple at this stage)
I think data from sensor C skewed the final plot?
Have you tried placing say the, Mass X with resulting force at position X,Y and then see if you can calibrate the system to give you the correct results. e.g. keep on trying this until you can get the correct results.
