I don't know if robosavvy looks to highly at their forum becoming an eBay. So I'll tell you what, how about we wait for them to get done. I'll let you all know, and then the specifics of each order can be delt with.

Soon... :D
I've hit a couple of small snags during the production. It's just not moving as quickly as I originally hoped, but we're back on track. It won't be long now.
I want them to be perfect... and I'm sure you do too.

Thank you all for your compliments and extreme patience!

I was PROMISED the first pair by this upcoming Monday... but they did better than that! I have in my possession, one perfect set. After thoroughly checking them over, I gave the go-ahead for fifty pairs to be made. That will just about cover everyone that said they would like a pair and leave me with around ten or so, on the "shelf". I'll probably start taking orders sometime this week while they're on their way to the anodizing plant. :D
I'll post their price and any other details then.

True enough, the only problem is they cost $$$. My wife hides the credit cards everytime I even hint that I might be heading into Tokyo.

Let me know next time you swing by this way. :)

I'm back from my trip and definately want two of them.

Glad you've returned. Who would have thought that these would've taken this long to make that you'd be back already? :D

While in Tokyo I stopped into Akihabara Station and man, what an incredible supply of Robot goodies the Japanese have access to.

I'm going to Japan in September, and Akihabara Station's on the list for one of the places we're gonna' visit... can't wait!

True enough, the only problem is they cost $$$. My wife hides the credit cards everytime I even hint that I might be heading into Tokyo.

That's what I hear... ex-pen-sive! Regardless if I'll be able buy anything, I can at least stand there and drool.

How much will you sell the grippers?

They will be $69.00 USD (£36.75 or 7 745 yen) for a pair (right and left sets). Servos will not be included... I really can't front the overhead at this point.. sorry. I'll post all the details after I get off work this evening.

It's worth the wait anyhow. My RN-1 is never complete without the gripper of Bauermech :D

And wow, Bauermech in Akihabara! It's a fantastic place really. You guys make it hard on me everytime I hear Akihabara. Had I not turn down the job offer last month, I would have been living again my weekends in Akihabara.

Eh, who needs Akihabara when I got the gripper from Bauermech? Haha.
