Advanced template doesnt make sense to me

Advanced template doesnt make sense to me

I downloaded the Advanced Template and it runs super fast with impossible motions. I held Robonova and watched its moves and most just werent possible to keep him from falling. Most of them just slam Robonova to the floor. Am I missing anything here? My zeros are good, I do all the regular template motions with no problem. Is this for a different setup? I have tried reinstalling it numerous times and downloaded it from different places.

Some moves set the high speed on and do not switch it back off making the robot unstable when doing other moves. Check the moves that do this (such as the fast run routine), and check that they switch it off.
