I bought my "slinky" fuel line cover at my local hobby shop. On a quick search I found this. You can get different colors. You must have a little patients to "Screw" these on the wires. Be carefull on where the wires enter the spring at all entry points. I made seperate springs at key points. Some I connected at screws on the ends in the shoulders. http://hot-racing.com/?partnumber=FL0102&c=13

Yes it did fit well. That was my plan. I put red leds in the skull for eyes. Unfortunately I wasnt happy with the lit eyes in the helmet. His eyes are too close together. It looked cool without the lights on but I wasnt willing to give them up so I settled on blue leds on a board in the helmet.
