I know some of you on this site have had several good experiences when dealing with Hitec's ( http://www.hitecrobotics.com ) Customer Service Dept. I wanted to further make it a point to let you all know personally - that their service is indeed second to none. As some of you may know, I recently stripped out my servo gears (...after HEAVY use over the past few months). The replacement gears are on back order and it's unclear when they will be available. However, Hitec went out of their way to supply me with a spare set they had laying around so I could get up and running again. I couldn't be happier! Thank you Tony. Service like that makes it all that more clear that I made the right choice in picking the RN-1. Sound like a commercial? I guess it kinda' does, but believe me - I'm not getting paid to say this, it's just the way it is... great. :D :D :D

That is very good to hear! Ones experience with customer service can make or break your enjoyment of something as hi-tech as this. It shows they truly care about the customer and his appreciation and want to continue to get your business. As opposed to the old, sell it and move on attitude, to heck with the customer, which I have experienced with other companies.
