Does anyone else find that servo cables are really crappy? I've had more than half of them fail (break). The copper inside them doesn't seem to be flexible enough. At this rate, within a couple of months, all my servos will have patched cables.

Yeah, went through the same problems - but burned one servo due to the cable cut.

Take a closer look and be carefull with cables especially near the sharp brackets.

Just curious, do you have every one of these cables wrapped?

Have em all, but ain't a deal - look closer to the cables going out from the feet servoes ( G6a - number 0 ), they're so easy to be cut off.
This is why drilling a hole in the bracket to let them go through - is a need.

You're right about those foot cables and your idea is a good one. I see the cable is designed to be routed past the corner of the bracket where the largest amount of space exists. I have one foot where the cable naturally stays there. The other foot has a cable that does not like to stay there, so it has a greater chance of pinching.
