Twitch Issue with digital servo(HSR-5990)?

Hi,

I am using HSR-5990TG servo. At certain positions I see a twitch in my servo and I see this twitch in noload and loaded conditions.What could be this issue?....To make sure that this is not an issue with one of the servos.. I tried things out with another HSR-5990 too but things were the same.
