Working on my RN1, i was playing with the range of how the servos move. I noticed the left and right hip servos repond different. One of the servos went "limp" at a certain point (when doing leg splits). But then recoverd when going back to original position. Dont want to replace if i dont have to. Could this be an assembly issue inside the servo, or adjust the horn mounting on servo, any recomendations would help.

Stripped gear maybe? Also check to see if you have nicked the servo wire?
