Digikey.com has a number of these such as 425-1968-5-ND $1.95
Since its a switch you may be able to wire it up so that you only need one port to read it.

I built my own using a peice of heat shrink tubing, a ball bearing and some copper wire.

It works well enough, but for the price of the one listed above it hardly seems worth the effort.

I expect it will work fine with a few resistors to create a potential divider to feed the analog port.
