Hey guys,

I would like to read or send some values between Robonova and my Computer. I used the ETX and RTX commands but they don't seem to work I can't see nothing on Hyperterminal.
The Robot is connected to my Computer with the cable which is also used to transfer Programms.

DIM I AS BYTE
I = "A"
ETX 9600, I

Any idea what is wrong or why it is not working properly ?

greetings

Not totally sure, but the cable/port thats used to connect to computer is not the one used for etx/rtx. The ones that are used for serial communication between the c3024 and the computer/other board is the 2 located to the left of the headphone jack used for serial communication for sending files. you can look at
http://www.hitecrobotics.com/Tony%20inf ... on%201.pdf
for more details of where it is locted. The diagram/table is on the second page. It says RX and TX though. You can also look at the robobasic manual. I think it has more info on the connections. and i also remember seeing a topic here about it.
