Hi
I'd already pm'd Kurt my suggestions on this one, but I'll add the following:
I initially put this down to Windows 98 because as soon as I tried it on a newer laptop with XP it worked fine.
Since then I had the same problem with XP on a different machine. In this case a Core 2 Duo. I'll admit it was a Mac, but don't fret Dirty, I clean booted Windows as opposed to using Parallels.
In all cases serial to usb drivers looks to be the culprit.
What is strange is that most RN1 software communicates fine i.e. zero points etc. It's just the actual uploading of code in Robobasic that seems to fail.
