Hi All,
I was looking at my RN-1, fiddling with two 2200mAh LiPo batteries, and realized, if I make 4 new brackets to move his shoulder rotate servos out about .2 inches to .25 inches, I can fit both 2200mAh cells into his battery compartment. I understand weight is a concern, but am using HSR5498SG's, not the 8498's, so I'm thinking he SHOULD be able to handle the added weight of the extra cell. This would bring him up to 4400mAh, all in the chest area.
His center of gravity will be about the same, but heavier. I'm thinking he should still be able to do cartwheels. Thoughts?
For now, I plan to stick with a single 2200mAh cell and see how it works out, but if I want more mAh, I am thinking this might be a good way to do it instead of cells in the feet.
Take Care,
Paul
