There are 3 PWM outputs on the C3024 which could be used to drive motors at variable speed. You would need an external high current bridge driver to handle the voltage and current of your motor. The PWM outputs are only low current 5V outputs. A bidirectional bridge would normally use two PWM outputs per motor, but you could use a digital output as the direction to one half of the bridge and PWM to the other half.
