Like heads and feet and other plastic additions.

I belong to another forum and know of a great guide about making custom parts for action figure robots like Soul of Chogokin/Transformers ect.

Take a good look at this link. it is 5 pages long and will give you a good idea of what to do.

You can make your own design from clay then make the mold using your clay master.

That was not the original guide as that was lost. But it still gives you a great starting point for custom casting.

I use Silicone mold rubber T28. I can actually cast soft metals aswell as the usual plastics and waxes with it.

Look at this site for an idea of materials.
