Motors became weak when controlling using data from a file

Hello, I need some help. I am using the MX-28 from DARwIn-OP. I know how to make a motor turns to a specific angle. However, when I tried to turn the motor using data from a text file (the motion data file was generated by a simulator with a simulated time step of 1ms), the motor appeared to be weak. For example, under the demo mode, the DARwIn-OP was able to walk. The legs were strong. I could not use my hand to interfere with the leg movements. However, when the leg motors were moved using the motion data file, the leg motors were weak and bendable. Do you know what happened? Could anybody please post a sample program that reads some data from a file and turn the motor accordingly? Thank you.
