I think that would be pretty easy actually.. just rename the joints. They have their ID as their name.

I don't think the motion editor import is that sophisticated. Once the hybrid file is loaded, the object joints and rotation points are all over the place. It seems as though the waist joint "has" to be the first in the tree. I might have more success taking an 18DOF file and adding the waist joint as ID 19, but fragmotion is beyond me to achieve that.
