If you're very mechanically handy, and you have access to a lathe/mill for machining adapters, you could probably do what you want to do, which is interface an AX-12 to a drive sprocket.
An easier (but more expensive) way to do it would be to buy the TriTrack kit (or any other tracked base):

and use an I/O board (like the one I have) to interface the motors that come with the kit to the Bioloid bus. You would also need an h-bridge driver in this case, like the Sabertooth 2x5 (non R/C version).
