I use something similar, a tackle box/tote bin for arts and craft. My preference are ones where you can't configure the dividers since neighboring parts tend to craw underneath into the compartments next to it... Unless you glue it down with some CA glue...

As for the extra brackets, I kept them in the Bioloid's (Comprehensive) original box... 8)

I'm with Tom - fixed dividers, and I went one step further and found one that has rounded bottom edges, so you can scoop the small parts out.

I particularly like these
They have little removable bins and no little dividers. The lid ensures that no parts cross from one bin to the next. Not a bad price either.

I use 6 boxes to store Lego, some boxes with fixed dividers and some with removables dividers, with which I have had sometimes problems.

But with these little boxes I have not had any problems. I use the original Bioloid's box too.
