Hello All,

I just got my cm2plus and some RX-64s. I was communicating to the the cm2plus through my terminal window. However, when I tried running the behavior control program, I get:

Cannot connect CM-5 !
Please check the condition of connection.

I clicked on the red check and my code is safe.

Thanks.

if anyone could help with this one...

my ax12+ are not giving me feedback when i ping them. I hooked the signal up to the o'scope and it is a delay of 1 ms, way too much right. I read the ax12 manual and the delay should be 160 microsec. i need my delay to be small so my board can read it. however i am having trouble writing to address 5, where return delay time is written. any suggestions? basically there is still no return signal still.

Thanks,

Emily

Try sending the reset packet, you should then get the AX12+ on ID 1 with the factory settings, hopefully it'll improve your situation.

If you're feeling more adventurous you can explore it a little bit by sending '#' repeatedly at 57600 baud down the 1Mbit bus, listening for any bytes back at the same baud. Then reset/power up the servo. You'll hit the bootloader and be able to reset the EEPROM etc from there. Default EEPROM values are all 0xFF.
