How do you calculate the Pose Performing Time. The Manual says:

Pose Performing Time = 7.81msec x Time x 32 / PageSpeed

What is 'Time' in the equation. Also, how do you calculate the speed for the servo that has to move the maximum distance based on the Page Speed and the Pose Speed?
