Hi guys :D
I'm looking for a DC motor that can connect to cm-5.
... and controls with behavior control programmer. because ax-12 is very slow and not good for use as a wheel. has someone any ideas?
please tell your solution.
thank you. 8)

Do you need a more powerfull motor, or just faster with less torque ?

You might do a custom drive based on one of the I/O boards mentioned in this forum. driving an H bridge or some other motor controller.

For a quick and dirty solution, I would take the board out ofan AX12 an add an external H bridge for the motor and gearing of my choice. I am not sure even if an external position sensing pot is required in wheel mode.

Hi, I think that "HUV Robotics" has a general I/O board that can handle DC motors and is allready compatible with dynamixel bus, also is very cheap..
