connection issues

ok this is almost embarrassing. I switched pc's since my old one just couldn't take it anymore,and since then have not been able to connect to the cm-5.

new pc is running vista and I am useing a usb2dynamixel to usb port. any suggestions? :cry:

Check the device manager to see which serial port is assigned for the USB2Dynamixel device...

I megabit/sec if you are connecting directly to AX12s.

If you are using the serial connection to the CM5 57K bits/sec.

Not sure the usb2dynamixel will work with Vista.
Some USB to Serial Bridge Chipsets don't! Of course all work with XP.

I've had no trouble using the USB2Dynamixel in Vista with the DynamixelConfigurator software.
