Problem with CM-5

I was doing tests with my new bioloid and a strange situation happening.
I assembly the dinosaur in Quick Start manual and used the example program. The robot worked correctly. Then, I installed the Zig-100. When I did this, the robot begun to work strangely and it stopped to work.
When I tried to connect the CM-5 to PC, the connection fails. I verified all connections and I tested with other CM-5 that connected correctly.
Continuing the tests with the CM-5, I realized that it had a strange behavior. In times the lights blink faster and slow down, in another when I push the model button all leds turn out (include the power led) and the CM-5 don`t recharge the battery. I already verified the CM-5 fuse and it is ok.
What is happening? What is the procedure to fix it?

Thanks for your help Mauricio. I had already tried to do this, but I couldn't connect the CM-5 to PC. Then I can`t restore the firmware
