where can I find winAVR?

Hi,
I want to program my cm-5 with C in winAVR.
but winAVR is only in expert kit or wireless camera set.also I couldn't found it in internet for free downloading. :(
please help me?

Or use AVR Studio from Atmel which has a cuddly wrapper to gcc for Microsoft Droids.
