Bioloids across America

Good News! Trossen is shipping their new premium kits this week.

As my email confirms my little guy is on his way, and with the free second-day shipping he could well be in the air as I write this. In fact there will likely be dozens of little guys winging their way across America (and Europe) in various directions all week.

Gentlemen, start your screwdrivers!

Good news for UK/EU customers too :!:

RoboSavvy's first batch of Bioloid Premiums is being released out of UK customs at this very moment and should arrive to the warehouse and be dispatched to customers within a couple of days.

We didn't commit on pre-Christmas delivery (because it wasn't clear up until last week that Robotis will be sending out Premiums) but it seems that customers who have pre-ordered will receive them in time.

My new Bioloid premium arrived at 9am this morning :)

First impressions are that the kit looks great - this time round they even include a japanese screwdriver.

The manual isn't as good as the Bioloid comprehensive kit so if this is your first Bioloid then I'd recommend you download the manual for the comprehensive kit if you want hints on building non humanoid robots.

Thanks to Robosavvy for getting the kit to me so quickly . . .

Unfortunately I've got to go shopping for groceries so I can't start to build yet!

What OS are you using?
What port did the USB device connect to?

Did you have any problem in connecting to the CM-510?
Have you loaded any new programs to your robot?
