I need help connecting my CM-5 to Roboplus so that I can flash the firmware with the latest...
I'm using a PCI to 2xDB9 (RS232) and 1xLPT port card inside, since my computer is too "modern" to have such "legacy" ports (what the heck am I supposed to do with 8 E-SATAs???
).
It's a MOS-chip based port, and I set the baud rate of the port that my CM-5 is connected to 57600 bps.
Weird thing was, I was able to set it up and configure the port and have my CM-5 connect to the old Bioloid software suite (BCP, Motion Editor, Terminal), and it recognized it fine, but for some reason, I can't connect to the Roboplus.
Another weird thing is, when I activate the "manage" and the "program" function on my CM-5 using the Roboplus' Terminal, it's able to spit out the correct ASCII of what is expected...
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
