CM700 interface LN101 alternatives

Hi ALl,

Can we create a standard rx/tx/gnd/vcc adapter as an alternative to using the LN101 usb interface. This will permit easy integration with rs232 wireless devices as usb is a bit of a handicap. Any schematics on the ln101 port wire assignments.
Any feedback would be helpful
