How to set zero position for AX-12+?

The problem is that I already assembled the hardware, but it turned out that when I send command to all servos to move to zero position, they all moved to where I were not expected. What is the remedy for this situation? I don't want to adjust the horn since it'd take a lot of time and also not very accurate.

I thinks it's not possible, specially because there is a servo "dark" zone that can't be moved where is not possible to get/set the servo position.

I dont have a lot of experience just yet and I may well be wrong but I also dont think its possible because - I have just replaced a gear set on an AX12 and there is a potentiometer that the main gear shaft keys into and I think the servo determines its physical position from that, implying no software remedy to your problem.

I think the only remedy is a hardware based one... ie re-align the horns/brackets
